Kevin Huotari
I work as what is now know as a STEAM artist. In Chicago, I participated in the development of the Video and Sound Departments at the School of the Art Institute, was one of the first MFA Art and Technology graduate students, worked in both academia and as a technologist in motion pictures and television. I teach art history and humanities in Los Angeles, with an emphasis on technology and humanities. I have been a Digital Humanist for many years, working through the complexities of this practice, seeking colleagues for collaboration.
